DadJokes was created as a cross-functional project. Developers included in this app on the iOS team were the following: Enayatullah Naseri, John Kouris, and myself Christian Lorenzo. This app includes several functions working in the background, which they will be explained on each image below.
We created this page so the user could have the option to either access the jokes on the public side, or the user would have to sign up in order to be able to add more jokes to the app. Sign-up and Sing-in functions available.
Sign-up part, where the user places personal information in order for the account to be created.
Sign-in part, where the user can log in once the account has been created.
Once on the private side and logged in, the user is able to see all the jokes, but most importantly, the user is able to add more jokes by tapping on the "+" button on the top left.
Once the user has decided to add a new joke to the app, then he has the option of saving the joke or simply cancelling the action.
Here, on the public side, the user has only the option of reading the jokes, but not to add any jokes to the app. Pretty much missing out on the fun experience of making others laugh!
